Most often people come across realtors through referrals, which is great! But you need to make sure the realtor fits your needs as a homebuyer or home seller. So, the very first thing you should do is research realtors in your area before you land on one agent. Look up their past and current listings to see if they have represented the type of home you are selling or looking to buy. Second, ask specific questions. Are they familiar with your area of interest? Have they won any awards? Are they accredited? Lastly, schedule a time to meet the realtor in person. If you’ve done your homework and found they are a good match on paper it’s always great to meet them in person to match sure your personalities groove. Design Build Cincy is one of the greatest design resources to ever happen to Cincinnati. It’s a three day expo at Music Hall with over 100 design, remodeling and fabrication companies - that’s more than any other show in the region. This curated show gives homeowners and trade professionals the opportunity to meet with people who can design or build just about anything. In addition, shop the new DesignMakersMarket featuring over twenty modern makers and luxury retailers selling designer and gourmet food items during the Show.
It only comes around once a year so be sure to get tickets and check it out October 25th - 27th at Music Hall!
